Zen Meditation

It comes from Zen Buddhism and is very popular in Asia, but there are also many followers or people who agree with it in the West. It is different from the more traditional version in that it wants to give up or get rid of everything that is useless or not needed to reach the desired state of “balance.” From his point of view, things that aren’t really important get in the way of paying attention and being fully aware of the present. To reach his goals, he pays special attention to the control and health of his body.

Transcendental Meditation

It comes from a practice called “primordial sound meditation,” which is based on using mantras or “sacred words” that are linked to feeling good. Followers say that saying the above mantras in a whisper can become an impulse or trigger with practice to bring on states of full consciousness. Meditation can be done in a lot of different ways, and people do it in places and cultures you might not expect. Almost all of the most deeply rooted religions have some ritual or rule that involves meditation, whether it’s prayer or a transcendent dialogue with God. But there are a lot of people who do them as part of a philosophy or set of beliefs that are not strictly religious and not because they are religious. They also do them because they are good for their health.

Some scientific studies show that regular meditation can help with a lot of things, like improving memory, lowering stress, making it easier to focus, and even controlling physical pain. In any case, it doesn’t have healing power on its own. Instead, it’s used as a way to add to other treatments or even prevent health problems.
